WHAT IS MY OWN TAILOR?
MY OWN TAILOR is an online stitching and design studio, especially for women. We offer doorstep services. Be it kurtas, blouses, bottoms, formals, westerns, we have a team of trained & experienced fashion designers who help you replicate your design vision for your garment. Once you place an order for free pickup service, our lady executive picks up the dress material as well as your measurements from your doorstep. It takes 10 working days to get a garment stitched and delivered.

DO YOU HAVE CHARGES FOR PICK-UP & DELIVERY?
No. We offer free pick-up and delivery services. You need to check whether the service is available at your location pincode. But, don’t worry. You can still avail our services by sending the dress material by courier after placing the order. We’ll complete the order and it will be delivered to you.

WHY HELLO TAILOR? WHY NOT THE LOCAL TAILORING SHOPS?
You need not worry! Just provide a referral garment and it can be modified as per your specific instructions. However, you can otherwise always opt to try it newly with freshly taken measurements by our trained lady executive at the time of order placement. You will have our lady designer at your doorstep if you choose the order option, Appoint a Designer.

DO YOUR CHARGE EXTRA FOR ALTERATIONS IF THE STITCHED DRESS DOESN’T FIT WELL?
Fitting issue is unlikely to occur since we only send experts to take your measurements before the stitching is done. Plus, we have 100% customer satisfaction ratio. Nonetheless, if it at all happens, we alter it free of charge according to your need.

What are the stitching prices if i need to get a saari or a lehnga stitched?
For any stitching job not listed in our product category, you can place an email to care@stitchmyfabric.com. Our styling experts will advice you on the availablity of such a stitching job and the relevant charges for it.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Stitch My Fabric?
At Stitch My Lawn, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

How do I pay if Im placing an order through an Online Store?
When you place an order through an online store you will pay for your fabric at that online store before getting it delivered to us. You can pay us for the stitching and shipment charges through a credit card. Once stitched we shall dispatch your order for delivery.

How does cash on delivery work?
For cash on delivery, you can pay us via our rider when you receive your stitched garment. Cash on delivery option is not available for international orders.

What if the online store im placing an order through only accepts cash on deliver?
In such a scenario you can get in touch and make a payment for your online store fabric to us. We shall pay for the fabric on your behalf once we receive it.

What payment options are available?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery service for customers living in Bangladesh. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

When do I pay for my order?
You have the option of paying at the time of placing your order via credit or debit card & PayPal. Customer's living in Pakistan can also make payment via Cash on Delivery.
